1: The MassAI search engine.
2: The MGF filter, which reduces the size of your MGF file(s) and converts MZXML into MGX
The output from the MGF filter is compatible with both MassAI, but also with other programs for identification
(such as Mascot / Omssa / X-tandem  etc.)
